Graduated from King Abdulaziz University College of Medicine with honors. He joined the University of Alberta in Alberta, Canada, where he completed his specialist training in General Internal Medicine in 1988. He joined McGill University in Montreal, Canada and completed the training program to become a consultant nephrologist and nephrologist in 1990. In 1991, he worked at the National Guard Hospital in Jeddah as a consultant nephrologist. He was appointed as the head of medical affairs in 2000. He joined King Abdulaziz University as Professor (Professor) of Internal Medicine and Nephrology and Head of the Nephrology Unit in 2010. Show more
