ealth Dr. Abeer received her Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. She worked at the University Hospital, during which she obtained a master's degree and then a doctorate in pediatrics and neonatology. She traveled to Britain and worked in a specialized pediatric hospital in Belfast there and 'Kings College' Hospital in London and received her training program in her subspecialty in pediatrics and neonatology and completed it with distinction until she was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Dr. Abeer has a long history of working in the Kingdom. She worked as a pediatric consultant for 14 years at Dr. Ghassan Najeeb Pharaon Hospital, during which she established the Pediatric Department, the Neonatology Unit, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She trained a large number of doctors until they obtained the British Fellowship in Pediatrics. She also participated in many conferences and workshops in Britain and Saudi Arabia, and has many medical research and studies. In January 2006, Dr. Abeer joined the International Medical Center as a consultant pediatrician and neonatologist, and she believes that every child she treats is like her son or daughter, and that he deserves special and distinguished care, pain and effort until healing is achieved from the Lord of the Worlds.
